Hi, I’m Kenny

I grew up in Pittsburgh with the best father in the world—a master woodworker with a ginormous heart.

From boyhood into adulthood, he often asked for my healing touch to ease his pain: his feet, hands, and back after long days of physical labor.

When he died at 56 of lung cancer, everything shifted for me. At the time, I was a graphic designer and art director at a leading ad agency in my hometown of Pittsburgh. His death showed me something clearly: life moves fast. I don’t want to spend mine on a computer.

I turned toward the body—acting, theater, film, and dance. (I fell in love with breakdancing.)

While training in Thailand, something clicked: every time we hit the floor to breakdance, we were in touch with our TenSen—energy lines—without knowing it.

I call myself a healer, without ego. A healer is one who has healed and is ready to help others heal.

Your body knows how to heal.

My healing journey

In 2016, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. It threw me for a loop—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I knew things needed to change.

During a psychedelic journey, I received a clear message: my hands were healing instruments. That realization led me to pursue somatic training in Thailand, influenced by Tibetan and Ayurvedic traditions.

I came to understand my Crohn’s as an expression of chronic fear—energy held in my gut. My condition was a kind of inner armor, something that could only be addressed from the inside. So I turned inward and did the work.

I healed my Crohn’s disease.

Using the same approach, I’ve supported myself through a rotator cuff injury and continue to heal from a fractured C6/7, sustained in September 2025.

By healing myself, I can aid others in their healing.

Following my somatic training in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, Thailand in 2019, I moved to the Bay Area to train as a psychedelic guide. Today, I weave psycho-somatic therapies into my somatic sessions—for a therapeutic experience that’s deeply unique and effective.
